It is on a quiet cul de sac in a safe residential area The open plan on the first floor includes fully equipped kitchen with indoor gas grill, large kitchen island and laundry. The living /dining area has a gas fireplace, TV/DVD, wireless internet and a sofa that can be configured as a double or twin beds. The second floor has two bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. One bathroom has a jacuzzi. There is a TV/DVD in each bedroom. All rooms are air conditioned.
